During student teaching last year at Normandale, one of the teachers that i worked with gave me a connection in Lyon. Since in September i have been in contact with that family. So last week-end they asked if i was open to come and spend the week-end with them. I could't go on Friday cause of work, so went from sat-monday. I made it to Lyon Saturday morning and met the family for the first time, they have 6 kids, and i met three 3 of their and 2 of their grand-kids.
On Saturday we visited Lyon and talked yes it was great.
During lunch, something happen and it was different being France; before we started eating they started singing and give thanks for the food. I didn't they were Christians.
On Saturday night the parents had a meeting so it was us girls at home, made crêpe together, as you can see we had fun.
We went to church together on Sunday met couple of their friends. And came home on Monday. I had a great time

Hey Cassanderella,
Did you do the girl's hair? Too cute. How fun to visit Lyon! I've wanted to comment but had problems signing in - finally fixed it, I hope.
Love you,
