Vacances

Salut,

Just came back from another break. It was with Stephanie and we did the south of France and Monaco. It was great and beautiful. It sad to say this is my last long vacation in France.

1st Stop AVIGNON

Avignon is beautiful and the weather was perfect. I had my first hostel experience and it was not bad.

Exceptional beauty, if you ever come to France you must visit Arles.






Marseilles

2nd largest city in France and it’s a place of its own. That was our 3rd stop and to tell you the truth after visiting Arles, I found Marseilles way to busy. We spent 3 nights there and one night we stayed with my host mom niece and the other with a friend I met through my host family. By the end of the day I couldn’t walk any more. It’s pretty but different.

Last stop, Monaco

Glamorous place, it is something else. Because it was our last stop we took it slow. We visited the palais and other monuments. After that we were tired, we made it back to Grenoble on Saturday.

Montpellier « La ville ou le soleil ne se couche jamais »

Salut;

Oh yes, that’s where I was last week-end. I visited my friend Katie (friend from bethel and assistant). I was there from sat- Monday. Well when I got in Montpellier it was pouring rain, we decided to go to the mall. Next day it was sunny and beautiful, Katie gave me a tour of her beautiful city and we also went to see an exposition at the musée Fabre. I had a great time. view from the Corum

Séjour a Rennes

Bonjour,

I went to Rennes this week-end, to visit Sasha (friend from Bethel and assistant also). Made it there on Saturday and came home Monday. It was great to see her and celebrated her b-day with her. Saturday evening we had a little b-day party for her with some of her friends, we played games and ate cake and laughed a lot. It was a fun night.


Sunday morning went to church, and later that day Sasha gave me a tour of Rennes. The weather was perfect; at one point we took our coat off and just enjoyed the beautiful weather. I am so going to miss weather like this in March next year.
