Quick update

Bonjour!

Hope you are all doing well. Things are going well in Grenoble, back to work this week. After Prague, I left the next day for St. Jean de Soudain. C’est dans la campagne. It’s where the family that I had frog for the 1st time lives. I spent 3 days with them, met her sisters, learning about scrap booking. I am a pro now… not really

With Friends

Over the week-end I spent most of my time with the young adults group at church. On Sundays after church we usually eat lunch together. Last Sunday (15th) after lunch the boys went to play soccer and some of the ladies head back to church to hang out. Later that night we went to FEU, ate dinner together and had dance lesson. It was a really fun day, left my house at 9:30am and came back @ midnight. I had a great couple weeks off, now I am ready to see my students.

Prague... WOW

Salut,
For the first of my 2 ½ weeks off, i went to Prague. I went with Stephanie, we found a great deal with New East, so we decided to head to Prague. We left on Friday by coach bus; long drive but fun.

So on Sunday we took a tour and they picked us at our Hotel. We had a great tour guide, we visited so many places. We found a starbucks, after not having it for 5 months we went to get some. I had a great time visiting and walking around, i won't say more i will just let you see for yourself. Enjoy the pictures. Prague is just beautiful.

I came home today and i wanted to share this experience with you all.
Have great day

Annecy

Coucou,

On Sunday (Feb. 1st.), Stephanie and I decided to go visit Annecy. Annecy is in southeastern France, it’s really pretty. Even though the weather wasn’t the greatest I still enjoy the city. We had a great time visiting museums, walking trough la vielle ville and around Lake Annecy.
The old town is so pretty, with all the colors and the little shops.

Ma journée a Turin

Bonjour!

Last Saturday I had the opportunity to go to Torino with Béa and 38 others. Béa is an art historian and the organization she works for usually plan trips like this. I helped translate some documents from English to French, cause in Italy things are either in Italian or English. So she offers for me to come with her.
We left at 6:30 and came back at 10:00pm.
As soon as we get in Italy it was snowing and traffic was bad. The bus driver told Béa we might need to go back to Grenoble. Let me just say it was snowing but it wasn’t that bad. Nothing compare to heavy snow fall in MN.

I spent that day learning about art and visiting some great museums. It was a long day but I had fun.

Bonne Journée à tous.
